(video made for college project, but instructions are accurate(we hope))

What you need:
1. 400g of tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
2. Brown sugar
3. Honey.

Instructions:
1. Rinse, dry and slice the tomatoes.
2. Divide the ingredients into 3 portions.
3. Stack ingredients in sequence; tomato, brown sugar and honey into the glass jar.
4. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 portions.
5. Seal tightly after the 3 portions of ingredients are completely stacked in.
6. Keep in dry cool place for 1 week before serving.
7. After 1 week, just mix 30ml of it with 10 times of water for serving. Enzyme residues may be added too.
