The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to an Attempted Robbery incident which occurred at the 7-11 convenience store located at 3900 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SW, on Friday, December 6, 2013 at approximately 2:00 am. The subject was captured by the store's surveillance cameras as he entered the premises and walked around the establishment. The subject is described as follows:

S-1: Black male, 40-50 years of age, 5'10" tall, thin build, and unshaven. He was wearing a green jacket and dark pants.
