everyone deserves to feel dead inside once in a while.

There is a point in where if you are depressed. All the pain you feel builds up and starts to feel like nothing. Hence the washing away. You can actually become addicted to a certain kind of pain because it starts to feel good.. Its quite the odd phenomenon in where somewhere within that pain you start to feel happy and its a rather pure and cleansing feeling. I can't really describe it but the point is that you feel really good. Maybe even euphoric. Which can be beautiful because being able to randomly feel euphoria is a wonderful thing. Being able to see something or hear something that hits you in such a way in which that feeling comes at random. I found peace within my pain. People tend to see pain as a bad thing but its really there for your own good. It teaches you things that you may not have known. It lets you feel in ways you couldn't have imagined before hand. I honestly believe that my pain makes me a better person. For once I was dead inside, but the pain made me feel again.

Reading all of these comments, I'm happy that I'm someone who doesn't get down easy, doesn't sweat the shit I can't control and actually feels lucky to be alive. Seems like a lot of people are just consumed by the bad things in life. Meanwhile, I've watched 4 people die, was abused as a child, lost my father in my 20s, etc... There will always be things in your life that you wish were different, that you wish you could change. Accept it and be grateful for what you DO have. OR, end up suicidal. It REALLY IS a decision.

On some level, I am dead inside. My mom died, everyone is either trying to get something from me, people are not helping, I'm fighting foreclosure, I'm surviving. When my mom was alive, I was living, now I'm just surviving. I have never had to just survive before, and I might had to make some immoral decisions to keep a roof over my head. I don't know. No one wants to do a freaking surety bond for me, so I can at least get the houses named. Sorry, just venting. Thanks for listening. After my mom died, I guess axl rose said it best, welcome to the fucking jungle.

This is the god damn 13th anniversary of the day 11/30/2000 that god damn day they had to fucking die! My older brother, also my only brother, beloved by so many, he and his beautiful  girlfriend, car wreck, reckless driver slammed into them, and they were on the shoulder of the road after car trouble, and he veered way off onto the shoulder, plowed into them in a truck going 80 mph or something. RIP Alex and Amanda! Alex would have loved this song, he was a punk rocking bad ass that everybody who was cool looked up to, and who you know some jock preppy rich kids sneered, and talked shit when he died, but you know, fuck the world! This song is the tribute song to their death, at least for me, at least this year!

This song makes you want to think about the things you've done and the choices you've made. Makes you want to go back and make anything you've done wrong never happen.

That little "WTF?" at the end made me smile. Thanks for that. (:
