Skip to about 1:30 because the beginning is just a bunch of mistakes lol

My sword is just a +6, with a scroll adding 3 att speed. I've found that this does not work if you have anything less than 6 att speed.

I really hope this video encourages Fionas to start bringing their small shields to Klaus, and doing the r9 alternate guard to an Amareth Kick/Butterfly Swing instead of counterattacking. In any Klaus run he'll only get knocked down like 3~4 times and counterattack has terrible damage, so I really suggest doing this instead.

So a few things to make it work, to get an Amareth Kick in with enough time to Heavy Stander afterwards, you have to miss your two swings, or bring a very very fast sword. Turn off the auto aim (first option in controls) and swing the view to the right after guarding. If you are too close to him, you can do the Ivy Sweep, but try to get the second Ivy Sweep hit in at least, since the first does minimal damage.

Also, try to avoid doing a blossom blow if you don't get a perfect guard. Although you have time to Heavy Stander afterwards, if he moves into the big-flurry-of-balls attack you might not have time to get away from it.

Tips for the balls, try to not run directly in front of him, this area seems to have the most balls. If you stick to the Amarath Kicks you should be able to run right when you see him starting to cast it.

As you can see, I failed the run, and Klaus wasn't even limping by the time I died. To do better you really have to be efficient

Also, I don't know why i didn't think of it while fighting, but you can totally drink potions while running. It's not as efficient but it will keep you alive. Running around the map nets you a couple hundred HP from those crystals, and with a few sloppily drunken potions thats a 2~3 extra hits you can take
