This is most likely an international trailer for Mad Max 2, having an American voice over, yet retaining the Mad Max 2 title - the film was titled "The Road Warrior" on release in the US. Note also that the soundtrack is unfinished in this trailer, and the voice of Humungus (Kjell Nilsson) has been dubbed - perhaps an idea that was played with earlier on, due to his thick accent.
