Back with part two of cooking eggs every way. If you saw the firs video you must watch the beginnning where I address a potential mistake I made about adding salt to eggs. This time we get an eggcelent recipe for seven minute egg, a technique that will blow your cooking mind if you don't know it, we learn a simple way to poach, and how you've been scrambling eggs likely the wrong way for years.

Recipe coming soon, but we've added recipes to almost all previous videos in the about section.

RECIPES:
Hard Boiled Egg
Cover your eggs with water and allow it to come to a boil & let them sit for 8-10 minutes.
Drain the hot water and place eggs in cold water.
Once egg has been chilled, give it a few taps all around on a hard surface and peel.

7 Minute Egg
Bring a small pot of water to a boil.
Gently place your eggs in the boiling water.
Allow them to boil for 7 minutes exactly.
Immediately transfer into a bowl of ice water.
Once it has been chilled, peel your egg and slice in half. Delicious creamy yolk!

Poached Egg
Bring a pot of water to a simmer.
Add a splash of white vinegar.
Stir water to get it swirling.
As water is swirling, drop in your cracked egg.
Allow egg to cook for no more than 3 minutes and remove. The perfect runny yolk!

Microwave Egg Scramble
Whisk an egg in a microwave safe bowl.
Add a splash of water to your egg.
Cover with a paper towel.
Place in microwave and cook in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until cooked through.

Scrambled Eggs
Grease a non- stick pan and heat on low.
Pour in your egg.
Fold your egg constantly until cooked through.
