Hundreds of neighbors came together Sunday evening to mourn — lighting candles and releasing balloons in memory of 11-year-old Jamara Stevens, who was killed in an accidental shooting inside her home Saturday morning in the Mantua section of West Philadelphia. The child was among 11 shooting victims reported in the city this weekend, including an 11-year-old boy who was critically wounded when he was struck by a stray bullet Sunday afternoon at this scene — on North Gratz Street, near West Oxford and North 19th Streets, in North Philadelphia.
