Please help us rebuild Main Street and our business here: https://www.gofundme.com/2hdbnw4 To use this video in a monetized player, in broadcasts, or any commercial purpose please email licensing@storyful.com - Unbelievable video as I and several other men rescue a woman from her car floating down Main St in Historic Ellicott City, Maryland, at about 8:30pm July 30th 2016 during the devastating flood that destroyed the town, leaving a community of business owners with no income, employees with no jobs, and residents with no homes.. My wife and I own Still Life Gallery Fine Art & Custom Framing. I was standing at the entry of my shop at the top of the human chain holding the next man's hand with my right and filming with my left. The man who got washed away, Jason Barnes, a fellow business owner, was incredibly lucky. He is the true hero who risked his life to save another.
