This video has information on combining cell values into a seperate cell in Excel. The version I used is 2003, but this will apply to all versions of Excel. Using the & allows you to combine cell data, and using quotation marks (") gives you the ability to input seperate text data. Combined, this allows manipulation of cells which otherwise would require significant time to merge.
