In the second episode Protest team wakeboarder Sjors van de Kerkhof gives you a step-by-step guide how to take turns.
So check this episode, collect your gear, head to the water, put on that smile and get there!
It's not hard, but remember to look into the direction where you are going!
1. Don't look down 2. Keep your knees bent 3. Make sure your body weight is on both feet 4. Keep control over the handle by pushing it down and keeping your arms slightly bent 5. Look into the direction you want to go to, balance your weight over the edge of the board and make a turn.
Heel-side-edge: lean over your heel Toe-side-edge: lean over your toes
WARNING! Wakeboarding is extremely fun and addictive. People around you will notice an everlasting big smile on your face. Your life will contain more pleasure and you will ask yourself why you waited so long before you gave it a try.
Continuing the heritage of helping people to get there, Protest adds a new discipline to their 'How To' Series. Following the successful 'How To Snowboard' and 'How To Surf' tutorials, this summer Protest team riders Sjors van de Kerkhof and Ricky Lukassen teach beginners the basic tips and tricks of wakeboarding.
