Trashing the District Meats name and wisely not renaming it Meats-a World Peace, Charlie Palmer's reborn spot is now rocking a new menu of "modern American tavern fare" infused with local ingredients, including a smoked bone-in pork chop (from Tender Belly Farm) with chorizo/ apricot/ roasted asparagus, and lemongrass-steamed Rocky Mountain trout with maitake mushrooms/ carrot-ginger emulsion.
