Pokemon Snap Oculus Rift with Head Tracking

Like mentioned in the video I've configured the Oculus Rift via VorpX to have control of mouse movement using head tracking. Using a controller plugin for the emulator you can map analog control movements via the mouse, therefore enabling a semi-functional head tracking on rail experience for the game. Pretty fun!

What was used to accomplish this:

Oculus Rift

Project 64

VorpX
http://www.vorpx.com/

XPadder

Known issues:

Odd flickering would occasionally occur while using Fraps

Pokemon aren't recognized when taking photographs of them, this is a common emulator issue with the game. Fixes exist for some video plugins but not for the one I had to use for VorpX. Still plenty of fun to play! Showing off mostly for concept.
