This is Shinmyoumaru Sukuna's theme from Touhou 14: Double Dealing Character

A fucking hell of an impressive Final Boss theme. The bit around 1:29 just makes me think of some kind of ressurection, or ascension. Of course, I couldn't help but think of the kids ascensions to God Tier in Homestuck :L

This theme is just so dramatic, and I love it.
