My first time making macarons!

It was successful for the most part. I accidentally overmixed the batter for the pistachio (not shown) macaron, which is why it came out flatter and larger due to the spreading of the runny meringue :(

I now understand why it's tricky to make--I need to keep making them to find my perfect settings to make successful macarons.

*****(in the video it says 120g almond meal and 120g powdered sugar...it's actually supposed to be 150g each! Apologies!)
