A completely new tool for grinding (sanding) soft materials which revolutionizes that segment of the market by greatly reducing time and effort, comparing to all existing alternative products (sanding disc, sand paper etc.). For comparison: to send off 10 m of fence (solid wood including posts) back to bear wood using sender and sand paper it would take you around 3 working days and at least £30 worth of sand paper.
Roto Rasp will do the same job in a day's work and it can be still reused many times, so it is very cost and time efficient.
Advantages
Durable -Rotor rasp is made of steel tin, it is between 0.7 mm and 1.2mm tick and has been thermo-chemically processed.
Continuous work-no burnt surfaces - Bellow each line of blades a hole for letting out the removed particles is placed, which prevents the filling of the disc's working area and enables continuous cutting without a burnt surface.
For all types of surfaces - It is ideal for working on all types of surfaces (flat, round, slanted, around edges, etc ).
It saves time and effort as it removes much larger volumes of particles quicker than other products and because of it's efficiency and durability it is cheaper to use than alternative products.
For all types of finishes -- There is a choice of three different Roto rasps, designed for achieving different types of finishes.( Teeth size 2.5 mm,2 mm and 1.5 mm)
It's simple installation does not require special skills or knowledge. It can be easily installed by tightening it on it's shaft with the original tightening plate and nut. ROTO RASP is an innovative patented product which won a number of awards on trade fairs around Europe. It is already on sale in Europe and USA.

ROTO RASP has been tested with selected points norms EN 12413 and EN 847-1 as required by EEC regulations.

ROTO RASP is used with angle grinders and easily installed.

There are 3 types of ROTO RASP: course, medium and fine -- each will remove different sizes and volumes of particles.
ROTO DISTRIBUTION ltd is a distributor of Roto Rasp in UK.
