A cheerful animated tour of the Results-Based Management Training process in international development, from donor agency requirements for RBM, hiring RBM "experts", generating RBM jargon, developing results indicators, engaging with stakeholders, trying to help people understand each other, reporting on results, and finally looking for new funding!
But the bottom line is that if it is done right - without jargon, using clear language - Results-Based Management can be enjoyable, because all of us in international development, in management, policy making, or monitoring and evaluation want to be able to explain our results to others. This video will be viewed more easily on a large screen because it contains a lot of text.
I will post more videos, but most of my work on RBM is in written form.
