On January 29, 2016 Chief Master Sergeant Henry Sherman Fouts, USAF, Ret. was laid to rest with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery. He passed away on September 3, 2015 at the age of 91.
Henry was a WWII Veteran of the Army Air Force 99th Bomb Group, 346th Bomb Squadron, who flew 35 combat missions out of Tortorella Field, Foggia, Italy from August 1944 until April 1945. He served the 99th Bomb Group Historical Society (BGHS) for many years on the Board of Directors, as an Officer, and as President, and hosted the 2006 Reunion in Las Vegas, NV.
