Humpback Whales Jumping out of the Water

This video shows a humpback whale jumping out of the water near Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska. Since the Humpback whale seemed to have over 40% of its body out of the water during the jump, then it's technically called 'breaching'. You will also notice in the video that the whale was slapping its fins against the water creating quite the splash. Although the end of the video shows a humpback whale near the cruise ship where it was filmed, unfortunately the humpback whale breaching didn't happen closer to the ship.
