Christmas Time!

Ste, along with band mates John, Paul, Ste and Craig have recorded an upbeat festive affair aptly titled 'Christmas Time' which they hope will be an online hit with music fans and help boost their profile after they took some time out of the spotlight to record a new album.

He became part of local band 10 Reasons to Live just over a year ago after they put out a virtual APB for him when they lost their previous lead singer. The band is well known on the Liverpool music scene, where they hold a much coveted resident band status at the world-famous Cavern club. In 2007 they were the only unsigned band to appear on the Cavern's 50th anniversary double sided album with their track 'Pretty Girls Rule the World' and have previously enjoyed successful stints supporting Bryan Adams on a stadium tour in 2006 and a promotional AIDS awareness tour of Mozambique in 2003.

10 Reasons to Live's usual Christmas gift to their supporters comes in the form of a gig at their favourite haunt the Cavern between Boxing Day and New Year's Eve; however, this year's annual shindig is not possible as the band are working hard putting the finishing touches to their new album. So the band are looking to the internet as a way of keeping in touch with their most ardent supporters, and maybe even cheekily add to the growing list of competitors looking to knock X Factor off the Christmas top spot.

Ste McNally says "It's not DIRECT competition of course, we could never compete with something as huge as X Factor, but I've always liked the idea of Christmas songs being Christmassy, so me and the lads got together to record something fun for our fans. It's more of a Christmas gift to them than it is competing with the biggest show on television!"
