Here are my four tips for the Tough Mudder Funky Monkey Obstacle.

1. You have to be able to swim. If you fall, you fall into water that is over your head.

2. Practice hanging from monkey bars. It helps you to get used to the grip you need.

3. Do pull ups to develop the strength you need for this obstacle.

4. You don't need gloves. Surprisingly enough, the bars weren't too slippery.

I hope some of these Funky Monkey Tips help. Practice is the most important thing.
