This incredible gameday snack will have your guests fighting over the last bite. Beer, cheese, sausage? It's ideal for your next day of football.


- 16 oz. Breakfast Sausage, cooked, grease drained, crumbled
- 4 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded, divided
- 16 oz. Cream Cheese, cubed, room temperature
- 4 Tbsp. Texas Pete® Sauteed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce
- 1 C Beer (lager or ale)
- 1/4 C Green Onions, diced

Method of Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

2. Place half of the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Texas Pete® Sautéed Garlic Flavor Hot Sauce and beer into a food processor. Blend until thoroughly combined.

3. In a large bowl, add sausage and cheese mixture, stir until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into an oven safe dish or skillet, top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions. Keep warm until ready to serve. Serve with crostini, crackers, or pretzels and enjoy!
