Client satisfaction overview at the Arizona personal injury law firm of Goldberg & Osborne.

Hi, I'm Michelle Alessio, the Client Satisfaction Manager for Goldberg & Osborne. One thing that makes Goldberg & Osborne special is the fact that we have an entire department devoted to client satisfaction. We reach out to as many clients as we can both during their case and again after our work is completed. We're constantly searching for new ideas to improve client satisfaction.
I really enjoy my job because I get to hear about all the great things our clients have to say about our firm. We often have clients tell us that they're so grateful our firm has taken away their worry. Many clients have never been in an accident before, and they find peace of mind knowing that all the legal and insurance issues are being taken care of and that they can just concentrate on healing, and we often hear how much clients appreciate being kept informed and guided through the process. To some, the attorney and staff become like family because they've helped them during such a difficult time in their life. We also hear how conveniently located our offices are to their home or work. We have 21 offices throughout Arizona, and we are available 24/7.
If you or a loved one has been injured in any type of accident, call us now at Goldberg & Osborne at 1-800-THE-EAGLE for a free consultation or submit the simple case form on our website, www.1800theeagle.com. There are never any fees or costs until your case is settled or won. Our attorneys and staff are here to help you.
