How to perform the two arm kettle bell row:

~ Stand over a kettle bell with your feet shoulder-width apart.
~ Squat down and grab the handle of the kettle bell with both hands.
~ Tensing your legs and core, lean forward 45 degrees.
~ Grip the kettle bell with moderate pressure, and slightly bend your elbows, this
is the starting position and will be the bottom of the movement.
~ Keep your head up and eyes forward throughout the movement.
~ Breathing normally while maintaining a straight back and tense core, bend your elbows and pull the kettle bell directly into your stomach -- aim for your belly button.
~ Focus on lifting your elbows behind you and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
~ Pause and return the weight slowly to the starting position.
