In this interview-style video, Rob Favero discusses what prompted him to create "Joey's Baptism" and some important aspects of "Joey's Baptism" you should know about.

Many denominations practice infant baptism. However, other denominations firmly believe that the Bible teaches that baptism is for people who have made a specific, personal decision to follow Christ. For this reason, these denominations usually practice baby dedication as an alternative to infant baptism and reserve baptism for a later time in the spiritual development of a child. It is only after a child has made a personal decision to place her or his faith in Christ that they baptise a child.

"Joey's Baptism" is geared to prepare children who have already made a commitment to Christ to express their faith publically through baptism.
