This scene is from the US film The Departed in 2006. Undercover cop Billy Costigan (Leonardo DiCaprio) confronts his enemy, Staff Sergeant Colin Sullivan (Matt Damon) in order to clear his name and reveal the real traitor of the Massachusetts State Police in Boston.

This movie was remade from a Hong Kong movie called Infernal Affairs 無間道 (2002), set in Hong Kong, with Tony Leung Chiu Wai (梁朝偉) and Andy Lau (劉德華) both playing Leonardo DiCaprio's and Matt Damon's roles respectively.

Both movies were huge successes in their respective countries. Infernal Affairs brought a major revival in the Hong Kong film industry and won seven Hong Kong Film Awards (HKFA), including Best Film, Best Director (Andrew Lau and Alan Mak 劉偉強, 麥兆輝) and Best Screenplay (Alan Mak and Felix Chong 麥兆輝, 莊文強). The Departed was a huge success in the USA, and also won four Academy Awards (Oscars), including Best Picture, Best Director (Martin Scorsese) and Best Adapted Screenplay (William Monahan).

This scene is definitely more grittier and aggressive than my favorite scene from Infernal Affairs, which had more style and finesse.
