This is me talking about Standing Meditations and one way to approach them. Excellent for developing strength, relaxation, good posture, breathing and grounding. Some people do them for longer or shorter periods of time, some regularly, some occasionally, but they've been a part of traditional Chi Kung and T'ai-Chi training for centuries. Here's my approach.
