This week's special guest is Sloane Miller, MSW, LMSW, author and food allergy counselor.
She is the author of Allergic Girl. It's a lifestyle guide for those with severe food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

We had so much fun filming this quick and easy recipe for a delectable butter cream that has been completely revamped to accommodate those who may wish to avoid dairy, gluten, or animal products.

Dairy-Free Buttercream Frosting

Adapted from Domino's Sugar

3 3/4 cups - (1 lb. box) Domino® Confectioners Sugar

1/2 cup - butter softened (Spectrum Organic Palm Shortening)

3 to 4 tablespoons -- milk (Rice Milk)

1 teaspoon - vanilla extract (Tahitian Vanilla by Nielsen Massey)
