A few days ago I did an awesome leg workout with just 3 exercises: 5 total sets of front squats, glute bridges and Hip Thrusts. This front squat session gave me serious quad DOMS, which may have had something to do with the last 2 sets!! Anyway, I just thought I would share my torture ;) http://myomytv.com
