Our first King Class!! 6024 King Edward I heads back home to Bristol, in the bitter night, as crowds flock to see the engine. First comes Didcot, where a two camera setup enables us to have a shot either side of the tracks. The ex-GWR engine heads for its water stop at Challow.

Next came Challow, with the 4-6-0 releasing it's power, climbing out of Challow. There is no footage of the engine as it is masked by the cold night.

Next year (perhaps), I will go to Devon to see her haul the Torbay Express?
My apologies go to HughFromAlice as I have reloaded this video due to a series of errors on the video itself!!

This will be on our DVD, Southern Steam '09. Check out the website for more!!
