Edgar Frazer was leaving the company. Frazer itself was becoming an "orphan" car..and Kaiser Frazer had some left over bodies from the pre-1951 Kaiser era. So...what to do? Why not use them up with a facelift of the Frazer sporting a new front end and rear treatment. The front end is similar to the incoming, ill fated Henry J. You either liked that new front end, or didn't. I don't think much went to waste at the Kaiser Frazer Corporation in Willow Run Michigan! Only three of these are left in the registry that the Kaiser Frazer owner's group maintains. Fortunately, another was at the show, and I videoed that one too!
