I'm using a 32 inch polypro in this tutorial. I find lighter hoops are much easier for foot hooping because it's less weight to control. Special appearance by Kiki the Cat.
Things to Remember: 1. Stretch! Back and leg flexibility is key. 2. Toes Pointed, legs straight for clean lines! 3. Have fun and listen to your body. Stop if it's too much. 4. Comment if you have questions!
