Have you ever wanted to build and launch your own rocket? That's what Harvey Mudd College students do each spring in class E80, a field laboratory course in experimental engineering. Students design the on-board instrumentation to record data during the flight, and then analyze that collected data - if their rocket survives the launch intact.
