Several days ago I began draining fluid from some of my pin sites. My surgeon, Dr. Clifford Jeng at Mercy, worked with me using Picasa, YouTube, and email to treat my possible infection.

That's right, he's that awesome.

This video is an example of what I'd send Dr. Jeng every night. This is me pushing in and squeezing the skin around one of my pin sites to see if we could produce any drainage.

Fortunately, I did not get any drainage, but if you're looking for drainage, this is something to consider trying. But of course, always work with your surgeon/doctor before trying something like this.
