In this video I'm using a 3/4"HDPE hoop that is about 34" in diameter.

a little lesson on the technique of tracing (as I understand it). Which basically comes down
to moving the hoop with one hand and simply allowing the hoop to follow. this tutorial goes over the basics/theory, a simple two handed tracing isolation, and a vertical and horizontal tracing isolation. anything you see me doing in my videos with two hands is mostly the product of tracing. really (really!) just play around with this! do whatever you normally would with one hand and let the second hand just follow along really loosely around the hoop.
let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarified! and please send me response videos of your experiments i love to see them! :)
