There're lots of popular Korean side dishes. Among them, dried stir-fried anchovies are good side dish. Add almonds or nuts, it'll be more healthy and tasty! It's really simple and easy to make it. Why not?
- Sauce 3Tbsp water, 3Tbsp sugar, 3Tbsp oligosaccharide, 1Tbsp soy sauce, 1Tbsp cooking oil *If you don't have oligosaccharide, you can replace it with sugar.
1) Put the baby anchovies in the heated pan, turn to low heat. Keep stir-frying for 1 minute. 2) Add spicy red peppers, almonds and stir-fry for 1 minute. Set it aside. 3) Put all ingredients of sauce in the pan and boil. 4) Add the stir-fried anchovies and mix well quickly. 5) Turn off the heat. Drizzle sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds. Done!
