I call this a burger bombe - don't worry, it doesn't explode. 'Bombe' just refers to the idea of a nearly spherical thing enclosing some kind of filling. A normal beefburger in a bun can be a sloppy thing to eat - you get bits of lettuce and rivulets of ketchup and mayonnaise dribbling out all over. So I decided to fix it by cooking the burger directly inside the bun. In this video I show you how to make a good, tasty burger and a strong bread dough that holds together while you eat the burger. I also show you a little trick to stop burger juices soaking into the bread - little crepe or pancake. It really works!
