PMA stands for Positive Mental Attitude and PMA Fitness Youtube is a portable personal trainer which you can access wherever you are in the world.
It is brought to you by me, Faisal Abdalla. I am a master trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp, celebrity personal trainer and official Nike trainer.
My aim is to work on the mind as well as the body, to help you achieve both physical and mental fitness.
With these quick and easy to follow 10-minute workouts we will tackle different muscle groups and work on particular training strategies, like body conditioning, for your individual needs.
The two biggest hurdles to maintaining your fitness with an ever-busy lifestyle are a lack of time and bad habits. With my techniques and specially-designed videos I can teach you how to create good habits and push your body further than you ever thought possible, in as little as 10 minutes. There will also be super intense five-minute videos for those after an even quicker hit of HIIT.
So now there are no excuses.
