PIPI stands for Personal Integration & Professional Inquiry and is a unique and distinctive strand in BTI's Teacher Education programmes. Essentially, it focuses on helping student teachers to deepen their understanding of themselves and how their unique gifts and wiring integrates with their chosen teaching profession. Cathryn Bell talks about her passion for the PIPI programme, and about the Passionate Creeds that students develop throughout the PIPI programme.
