In this video I use the MIN, MAX, and AVG functions to generate the minimum, maximum, and average vales of a column. When using these functions be sure to include the column you wish to perform the function on in parenthesis. You can also use the WHERE keyword to limit the function to only those records that meet your criteria. This video is part of a series of videos with the purpose of learning the SQL language.
