This is what I carry in my bag when I am out geocaching. I do not carry my GPS in my bag, it is always on me -in my hand or in my pocket. That is why it is not mentioned in this video. This is just the extra stuff I bring with me. There is also a "hidden compartment" in this bag with a velcro opening. I didn't show it here because I don't carry anything in it.

Geocaching is a great way to get out of the house and get some exercise, to practice map / GPS / navigation skills, and also a great way to practice carrying your gear in case you do need to leave town on foot.

Like I said in the video, I live in an urban environment and do not need "survival" items (even though I have some), fire starting items, or any other gear that you would need to live in the wilderness.
