Garlic + onion in the pita for school or office lunch??? Are you kidding?? For weekend lunch at home - it will be OK, but certainly not for school or office, because stink would be horrendous. Co-workers in the office would not be very happy to sit next to someone who stinks of garlic or/and onion.

LOL Perfect response!

JohnSmith S. Ever heard of toothpaste, or mouthwash? I guess Mediterranean restaurants are not busy at lunchtime during the work week? "Stink"! Do you eat the food or spread it over your face and clothing?

I live in Las Vegas but I am originally from the beautiful middle-eastern/Mediterranean country of Jordan. since we are Mediterranean just like you are we have a lot of similar foods but also a lot of different foods, different Ingredients.. I don't want to blabber on about left overs or anything but I know a lot of people don't know a whole lot about pita beard and since we eat pita bread every single day of our lives pretty much we actually heat our Pita's over the stove about 10 seconds on each side.. it definitely makes the biggest difference when your putting a sandwich together or eating hummus, or pretty much for any reason.. you should try it.. =] every middle eastern country including Greece also do the same..

I am from India but I am staying in U.S. for past 4 years. I love and adore your recipies. i have your videos on on my YouTube almost all day and my 3 yr old son loves watching you as well. He loves cooking too. I cook on a daily basis. 3 times a day and have lentils, black beans, some fresh veggies, tomatoes, coriander etc on hand always. Can please show some more recipies of chicken as mostly people from India do not prefer eating red meat due to religious beliefs. Hugs & God Bless Ankna
