Congresswoman Jackie Speier (CA-14) on Wednesday spoke on the House floor about a DoD investigation into scores of enlisted Marines compiling thousands of naked photos of Marines and distributing them on Facebook and Google Drive through a site called Marines United. Rep. Speier in 2013 blew the whistle on a similar scandal, when similar images were posted publicly on Facebook, and condemned USCM Leadership for failing to address the culture of rot that has continued to thrive.
