Up to four members of the 'Oathkeepers' group arrived in Ferguson, Tuesday, armed with assault rifles. They mingled with protesters who had gathered for a ‘day of civil disobedience,’ one day after the first anniversary of the killing of 18-year-old Michael Brown by white police officer Darren Wilson. Oathkeeper Sam Andrews took the opportunity to assert his support for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, saying "if we put Donald Trump in charge he'd get rid of these clowns who violate our rights."
Members of the group wore military fatigues and sported AR-15 assault rifles as police looked on. It was unclear why the group had turned up at the protest, though reports suggested they were there to protect 'InfoWars' reporters.
