I think we all have had these nights when we lie awake and just hurt. This could be about a boyfriend or girlfriend, a spouse or ex, or even someone we hoped to love but it just isn't turning out the way we want it to. This can cover a very large area in our lives. I have used this type of video to help me feel better and sleep when dealing with the death of a loved one or even when I lost my dear friend Ying Yang the cat.
The good news is these upsets are temporary and even if we never get over it we can learn to accept it, live with it, and go on to have many good things happen.
