Stay at home mom depression is never easy! Help is here: http://blogmovement.com

My name is Cherisse, and just like you, I'm a stay at home mom. I have a beautiful 3 year old daughter name Alyssa, and she's my pride and joy! I love my daughter very much but just like you I sometimes find myself getting a bit depressed. The dreaded stay at home mom depression creeps in, sometimes I find it difficult to stay focused, as I tend to get stressed out with all the work that needs to be done, or if my daughter is not listening to me or just being down right naughty it tends to lead to anger then depression.

If that happens to you, then just know that you are not alone, many women just like you and I suffer from depression from time to time, but there are ways that you can overcome it. Yesterday, my daughter came home from pre-school and the entire evening she was "I want my mommy"...."I want my mommy", keep in mind, I was literally 5 yards away from her, so she clearly saw me, but I guess she was having one of her moments!

The problem was I too was having one of my moments, so I was not in the mood for any toddler meltdowns, but I had to suck it up and stay strong for my baby girl and eventually she snapped out of it, and things went back to normal and I had time to "breathe again".

Stay A Home Mom Depression: How I Overcame It

For me what has helped me get over my depression has been blogging and doing videos. I've actually found a really good way to do this as a hobby, and also make some money at the same time. I joined a program called Empower Network, where I was able to setup my own blog and just basically write about anything that came to mind, anything trending in the news, it really didn't matter.

I've always had the itch to start my own business as well, and the course outline that was covered as part of my membership with Empower Network helped with that as well. It really is a great resource for anyone looking to snap out of depression as there is so much motivational and inspirational information in the members area, so I would recommend you give that a shot if you're a stay at home mom like me, and get that depressed feeling from time to time.

Every time I get that "depressed feeling" I take a listen to one of the inspirational videos, and it helps me gain some perspective. It really does work, and it doesn't hurt that I can make some extra income by being part of the network as well.

I've included a link here at http://blogmovement.com so you can check it out. It will ask you for your name, and email address, just input that information, and you'll get forwarded to the video presentation that goes over everything. You'll want to watch this video, it changed my life and it can change yours too.

So until next time....be blessed...not depressed :)
