http://LauraLondonFItness.com You loved my 10 minute AB workout, this week try my 8 minute AB Workout and see how you do. These are three of my favorite AB exercises. Do them once and then run through the series two more times. Not only will you work your abs but your shoulder strength too. I had a little trouble with my sneakers matching.... Does this happen to you?
