In this panel discussion Brad Adams, executive director of Human Rights Watch’s Asia Division will be joined by UW Professors Vicente Rafael (History) and Patrick Christie (International Studies and School of Marine and Environmental Affairs) to discuss human rights issues in Southeast Asia.

Topics include the extra-judicial killings of the Duterte regime and the impact of climate change and resource depletion in Southeast Asia.
