Story of my life....and yes...there is no Probable Cause Affidavit for the warrant issued, meaning yes, this poor, innocent, disabled, dwarf girl (me) was arrested without probable cause outside of the jurisdiction of Van Zandt County and threatened, harassed, and more just because she named some of her abusers publicly. Texas law does define those in authority who know about child abuse and refuse to do anything about it especially when it leaves the victim either dead, with lasting injuries, or with a permanent disability, especially for reasons as mundane as in exchange for votes and political favors, as co-abusers and subject to severe punishment as such by the law, or whatever the official legal term for it is. If it involves sexual abuse, lasting injuries, and/or a permanent disability, then there is no time limit to bring a case forward by Texas State Law. =)
*meant and should've said: why arrest me only RIGHT AFTER I publicize these things.
And yes...I do think the national guard coming with their guns and tanks to remind Van Zandt County of the LAW and that it is wrong to physically and otherwise harm a victim of child abuse just because they name some of their judges and others in political power as being involved is very much highly needed...it is my opinion, one FACT that I believe in very strongly considering the CRIMINAL, terrorist, and treasonous activities of Van Zandt County as recent events and past court documents so well prove...
Oh and these people are ALL Republican and/or Conservative. Just to prove a point to certain people who have previously stated that Republicans and Conservatives NEVER do anything like this... =)
