The day previous to this should have provided enough lift for thunderstorms to develop. On this day the aerial coverage was predicted to be way less for Isolated thunderstorms. Turns out that this day proved better then yesterday and Convection basically initiated west and north of my area and moved Southeast as the clouds grew. Thunderstorms did develop but lightning was very limited. Only as much as 5 cgs per storm which is extremely low. It was nice to watch the convection and get a few sprinkles and hear a few rumbles of thunder. I am definetely looking forward to Summer since storms will put out tons of Cgs (cloud to ground lightning). Enjoy the vid... VIDEO Copyright Gerrit Gulden http://www.severeidaho.com
