legs, no need to go crazy over it. otherwise they will lose their litheness! just do 200 to 300 squats per week. 150 on first day and another 150 on 6th day is cool. do 5 sets with 15 each with 15 minutes rest between two such rounds. some people do 50 every day, morning 25 and evening 25. that also works fantastic! be warned: 50 squats per day only for very advanced users( like guys above) all beginners must start with only 1 to 3 period. and keep increasing on weekly basis. And under supervision all the time is a must!
